In view of the defendant plea, the trial Judge, thereafter, convicted and sentenced him to two-year suspended sentence. The judge ordered him to close down his bank account and banned from using a phone or any computer except for academic purposes, till he turns 18 years. In addition, the convict, with the supervision of official of EFCC and that of his parent or guardian, are expected to report back to the court on December 7, 2022 with his report cards and statements of good conduct from his teachers and school. A bad report will mean that he will be in prison to serve his jail term.
