In view of the Defendant's admission of guilt, the prosecution counsel reviewed the facts of the case and urged the court to convict the Defendant accordingly. Consequently, the trial judge pronounced him guilty as charged and sentenced him to six (6) months imprisonment with effect from his June 30, 2020 date of arrest. Apart from his prison term, the convict was ordered to restitute his victim, the sum of $150 and also to forfeit all items recovered from him to the federal government.
