Upon the Defendants plea of not-guilty, the prosecuting counsel asked for a trial date and prayed the court to remand the 1st Defendant in Nigerian Correctional Service custody, pending the commencement of trial. the defense counsel, however, moved an oral bail application for his client. The trial judge granted the Defendant bail in the sum of N1,000,000.00 with two sureties and thereafter adjourned the case for commencement of trial.
