The Accused was alleged to have written a petition to EFCC seeking redress for alleged conspiracy and stealing of his late brother’s estate by family lawyer and his late brothers children. However, investigations revealed contrary to his petition, that it was due to his dissatisfaction with the amount of money offered to him and other surviving brothers. In a bid to get more they forged a letter purportedly signed by the Enachiken of Abiriba to effect that the tradition of Abiriba people gives the entire estate to the siblings of the deceased and not the children.
